I stopped eating animal products in 2015 when I was living in Madrid, and then I had to move back to my hometown in Galicia… so, since I didn't have any good options nearby, I had to learn to cook delicious dishes that I couldn't otherwise enjoy.

I've learned so much over the years! So here are my star dishes, the ones I make for birthdays or special occasions, along with some basic recipes for beginners.
